Also we have achieved the coveted certification ISO14001, this is awarded only to the most environmentally responsible manufacturers.
  3. Our manufacturing processes ensure we have a product that will be of the highest standards possible. Our suppliers are one of the only synthetic grass manufacturers with the capacity and technology to make our own yarns. They don’t have to rely on a third party manufacturer to produce the all important yarn. This fact enables us to have only the best quality yarn possible, the yarns are produced to resist UV degradation far and above our competitors, our laboratory results and many years of producing and installing our grass proves this time and time again.
  4. An Example of the specs, our most popular landscape grass the Premier 55. Turf Premier N 55 is designed for Football use and consists of a tufted blend of polyethylene monofilament on a reinforced triple backing. The system is installed over a suitable substrate provided by the buyer in accordance with designs and specifications recommended by Global Sports Systems, Inc. This product passes the FIFA Two Star test.
    The premier range like all our Turf grass is triple backed, which is 3 layers of backing not 1 or 2 like all the others. This is a costly process but it ensures the product will outlast any of our competitors and not come apart under the stresses of international football. See our test certificates for proof of the strength of our grass, for example the tuft bind which is the holding strength of the yarn into the backing, is measured in Newton meters, most claim to be between 28 – 31 NM.   5. Our Turf uses the most up to date materials; this is now Polyethylene grass as opposed to the old technology Polypropylene. The newer grass is more durable, longer lasting and a lot softer and natural feeling. A lot of our competitors still use the older and cheaper Polypropylene product today
